We are located at Cindy's Boutique in Rockwell City, Iowa, northwest of Des Moines about 2 hours. For the past 15+ years we have operated an Arts & Crafts business from Rockwell City and have participated in Arts & Crafts Shows in civic centers, schools, shopping centers and summer festivals across a 12 state area. Over that time period we have met and built relationships with many fine arts and craftsmen. As the costs of shows and travel expenses continue to climb we have started a new venture - Heartland Treasures. We are continuing to improve and increase the size and diversity of the offerings we have on this site.
Returns - All returns must be pre-approved for return. Products must be in re-sellable condition. Once a tag or packaging is removed we cannot resell it and no credit will be issued for these items. We will tell you where to ship those returns when you contact us. All un-approved returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Write httreasures@iowatelecom.net for return authorization or phone 712-887-0621 to receive return autorization code to put on your box. Credit may be given for returned products to use on other purchases from the website but we do not refund shipping charges.
Damaged products Claims must first be made to the shipper. Keep all boxes and packing materials as this will be needed to process any claims.
The merchants we have on this site are from Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois. They are some of the best in the upper midwest and we are proud to have this business relationship with them. All are first rate and have been doing their individual craft at least 5 years, some are 2nd generation craftmen carrying on the tradions their parents started many years ago.
