Heartland Treasures Gifts is a project put together by craftsman and for craftsman to bring to you the handmade, handcrafted gifts that you have only been able to find at craft shows.  Cindy & Randy Patterson, the developers of this site have been in and around the arts & Crafts business since the late 1970’s and in fact Randy was teaching ceramic and macramé classes in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area as early as 1975.  Randy also was one of their picture frames doing hundreds of custom framing jobs.  Cindy & Randy realized that many of the small businesses they were doing shows with just did not have the time to manage their own web based business and have begun this project bring together their friends and fellow Arts & Craftsman in a web site devoted to bring to you many very unique and original arts & crafts. 

These craftsmen take pride in their workmanship and originality.  The patterns & designs are their ideas and have refined them to an art.
